At the Northeast Florida Live Steamers and Railroaders, our mission is simple: preserve Florida’s railroad heritage, share our passion with the community, and create unforgettable experiences for families and future generations.

We are a membership club open to all people of good character who own, are building, or plan to build live steam boilers, large-scale locomotives, or related railroading equipment — or who simply love trains and want to be part of something special. 

Our railroad is more than a hobby project. It is:

• A living attraction where children and families can climb aboard and ride a real train

• An educational resource connecting people to the history of American railroading

• A community gathering place for neighbors, clubs, schools, and visitors

• A preservation effort honoring Florida’s rich rail heritage

We are a Florida not-for-profit corporation organized as a 501(c)(3) charitable, scientific, literary, and educational organization. All donations are tax deductible.
